Installation component Pages-and-Items

1. Go to the Pages-and-Items page.
2. Download the component for your version of Joomla.
3. Install the component as a component.
   
   For Joomla 1.5 & 1.6 & 1.7:
   1. Go to 'Extensions > Install/Uninstall'.
   2. Click 'browse' and select the file which you just downloaded.
      The file name starts with 'com_pages_and_items'.
   3. Click 'Upload File & Install'.
      The file is being uploaded and installed.
   
   For Joomla 1.0:
   1. Go to 'installers > components'.
   2. At 'Install new component' click 'browse' and select the file which you just downloaded.
      The file name starts with 'com_pages_and_items'.
   3. Click 'Upload File & Install'.
      The file is being uploaded and installed.

Installation plugin Pages-and-Items

As of Joomla 1.6 and later, the plugins are integrated in the component installer.

1. Go to the Pages-and-Items page.
2. Download the mambot/plugin for your version of Joomla.
3. Install the mambot/plugin.
   
   For Joomla 1.0.x:
   1. Go to 'Installers > Mambots'.
   2. At 'Install new Mambot' click 'browse' and select the file which you just downloaded.
      The file name starts with 'bot_pages_and_items'.
   3. Click 'Upload File & Install'.
      The file is being uploaded and installed.
   4. Go to 'Mambots > Site Mambots > pi Pages and Items'.
   5. Set publish -> 'yes'.
   6. Click 'save'.
   
   For Joomla 1.5.x:
   1. Go to 'Extensions > Install/Uninstall'.
   2. Click 'browse' and select the file which you just downloaded.
      The file name starts with 'bot_pages_and_items'.
   3. Click 'Upload File & Install'.
      The file is being uploaded and installed.
   4. Go to 'Extensions > Plugin Manager > pi Pages and Items'.
   5. Set enabled -> 'yes'.
   6. Click 'save'.
