I purchased an extension, how to download?

After payment is confirmed you login and go to 'my extensions'. Then click on your purchase and download the files.

I placed an order, but still need to pay. How do I get my extension?

1. login
2. click on 'account maintenance'
3. click on 'order information'
4. pay with PayPal
5. click on 'my extensions' (when logged in)
6. download your extension

Why do I have to pay 19% tax?

I'm sorry about the taxes. The Dutch tax-office wants me to charge taxes, also for users abroad. My accountant and me totally disagree with this, and are on the case of doing something about this. But for now, I got to charge taxes, sorry.
