Migration instructions Frontend-User-Access Joomla 1.5 to 2.5.
- On the Joomla 1.5 site, update your version of the Frontend-User-Access component to the latest version
- Copy-paste these database tables from the Joomla 1.5 site to the database for the Joomla 2.5 site:
jos_fua_categories
jos_fua_components
jos_fua_config
jos_fua_items
jos_fua_menuaccess
jos_fua_modules_two
jos_fua_parts
jos_fua_partsaccess
jos_fua_usergroups
jos_fua_userindex - Alter for each table the prefix ('jos_') to the prefix of the other tables of your Joomla installation
- Delete the folder:
administrator/components/com_frontenduseraccess on the 2.5 site, if it is there. - Install Frontend-User-Access on the Joomla 2.5 site
