Instructions for Pages-and-Items migration from Joomla 1.5.
Install the extension over your current version using the Joomla extension manager. This will also update all Pages-and-Items plugins.
The configuration and settings will remain in the database.
From 1.4.6 (or later) to current version, on Joomla 1.5, you can update by installing the component over the old version.
