How to prevent modules being assigned to menus users don't have access to?

To get that indent right will be a lot more work I really don't have time for, sorry. Anyway, this is the Admin-User-Access side of the code, you can ask your webdeveloper to code the part to get the levels from the #_menu table and do those indents and such.
