i have 2.1.0 pro instaled in joomla 1.5.23.

my problem -> in the Workflow i have message :
some of these settings might get stuck in the cache, and might take 15 minutes or longer to change, so please be patient.

but it continues even after this time (15 min) !.

I can not do my updates to restriction. including new accounts :unsure:

help me pls

Please make sure the site cache and cache of your template are disabled (if your template is using its own cache). Empty your browser cache, if no changes, double check your configuration.

I displays the page "Workflow" ... but no icon to save

and still I get the message on this page "on top"

That message will stay there, as a reminder in case you wonder why some things won't immediately show/hide.

I can not reproduce that. You can try and install the current version over your install. Do all the other restriction types save ok?
