I like to hide most of the icons in the administration Cpanel and the right menu,
Possible?

no, Admin-user-Access can not do that. The workaround is to set per usergroup a redirect on login. So the administrator who does not have to see the control panel, gets redirected to the component the user will use most (like the article manager or so).

Work perfectly
index2.php?option=com_virtuemart
redirect into Virtuemart
When you doing that do you need to setup any restriction as you are bypassing (other that the Joomla menu)
In my case I just want them to have acces to Virtuemart —that’s it
By the way, I wonder if in virtuemart they will have access to their Editors, images manager and all... I cannot test local as Virtuemart want to connect me live (from the local)
What I want to know is if any restrictions will be in Virtuemart itself?

not if you have set component access correctly. You can test that by not giving a user access to a component (example com_weblinks) and then login as that user and paste the url index.php?option=com_weblinks.When you doing that do you need to setup any restriction as you are bypassing
No. Admin-User-Access either gives access to the component (if the user got Joomla access) or restricts it. No rights can be set within the component. What I want to know is if any restrictions will be in Virtuemart itself?
